Refund Policy

At SearchNova Agency, we aim to provide high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. General Policy

1.1 All purchases of services are final once work has started.
1.2 Because our services involve time, expertise, and digital work that cannot be “returned,” refunds are only available in limited cases (outlined below).

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

2.1 If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion.

3. Services Already Delivered

3.1 Once a service has been delivered (e.g., Local SEO Audit report, Google Business Profile setup, website design draft), refunds cannot be issued.
3.2 Partial refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes may vary depending on external factors beyond our control (e.g., Google algorithm changes, competition, client information provided).

4. Service Issues

4.1 If you believe there has been an error in service delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the service.
4.2 We will review the issue and, if valid, either correct the work at no additional cost or issue a refund.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

5.1 Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5.2 Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
